DJMS Hospitality is founded by Didier Souillat, a passionate and expert curator in the Food Retail & Hospitality sector.
With 35 years of experience, Didier acquired his expertise while working with market leaders such as Le Meridien, Inter-Continental, Hilton, Selfridges, Harrods, McArthur Glen Designer Outlets, Daylesford Organic, the Hakkasan Group, and Time Out Group Plc. He has led and delivered projects worldwide with a passion for the Middle East and the US.

BACKGROUND
Before creating DJMS Hospitality, Didier joined the Time Out Market as CEO in February 2016 to lead its global expansion.
Before joining Time Out Market, he served as Executive Vice President for the internationally renowned Hakkasan brand, overseeing the company’s global restaurant portfolio.
Didier also held senior management positions in some of the UK’s top high-end retail brands, including Selfridges and Harrods, where he was Director of Food Halls & Restaurants.
He also served as Director of Food & Restaurants at McArthur Glen and as Managing Director at Daylesford Organic.
After graduating in Hospitality from the Ecole Lausanne Hotel Management School in Switzerland, he started his career in the hotel industry, working in cities around the world, such as Dakar, Hong Kong, Nagoya, Bahrain, and Singapore.
